What you will do

• Define test strategies and create comprehensive test cases for functional, performance, and data integrity validation.
• Develop, run, and maintain automation scripts using tools like Karate and languages such as Java or Python.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger to ensure system interoperability.
• Execute manual, functional, and automated testing across healthcare-specific workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, architects, and product owners to maintain high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with global teams in the US and Shanghai to support Population Health and FHIR Server platforms.

Requirements

• Must be based in Manila or able to work in a hybrid capacity from the office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years of software testing experience.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (specifically Karate) and scripting languages (Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript).
• Experience with API testing, SQL, and software development lifecycles in an Agile environment.
• Strong verbal and written English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in performance and security testing.
• Knowledge of cloud environments and Linux-based testing.
• Experience with Docker containers.
• Exposure to the healthcare technology domain.
