What you will do

• Define end-to-end architecture across business, information, systems, and technology.
• Design enterprise-level workflows and ITSM solutions based on the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead architectural governance and serve as the design authority for complex implementations.
• Provide strategic consultancy to senior stakeholders and guide technical decision-making.
• Support bid and proposal development, including pre-sales engagements.
• Drive innovation by contributing to new digital solution offerings within the low-code hub.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions at scale.
• Strong expertise in multiple ServiceNow suites, specifically ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Proven leadership and ability to translate business requirements into robust technical architecture.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for senior stakeholder management.
• In-depth knowledge of integration technologies including REST, SOAP, SSO, and SAML.
• Must be based in or able to work from Gdańsk, Poznań, or Wrocław.

Nice to have

• Relevant industry certifications such as CSA, CIS, CAD, or CTA.
