What you will do

• Engage with leads via calls, emails, and chats to provide value-driven consultations.
• Manage the end-to-end enrollment process, guiding prospective learners through application milestones.
• Execute outbound call strategies to convert high-priority leads into enrollments.
• Track and manage inquiries across digital channels while maintaining strict response SLAs.
• Evaluate sales interactions to ensure compliance with quality and performance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years in consultative telesales or inbound/outbound sales
• Exceptional English proficiency, both written and verbal
• Proven track record of exceeding KPI-driven sales targets
• Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills
• Must be located in the Philippines, South Africa, or Kenya
