Technical Consultant (Banking)

What you will do

• Lead functional consulting for mortgage, retail, and corporate banking transformation projects.
• Conduct Process-Led Workshops (PLW) to define requirements and solutions with stakeholders.
• Drive Gap-Fit analysis and facilitate adopt vs. adapt discussions between business and IT teams.
• Review and contribute to key deliverables including BRDs, functional specifications, and interface designs.
• Act as the primary interface between product vendors, customers, and internal delivery teams.
• Coordinate UAT with banks and ensure fulfillment of requirements at a granular level.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience in platform implementation within banking domains.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders on solution design and implementation strategies.
• Hands-on experience with integration concepts in SaaS environments.
• Expertise in facilitating PLW and requirement configuration.
• Strong background in mortgage processes or banking platform implementations.
• Dutch language skills are considered a strong advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dutch mortgage platforms such as Ohpen or Stater.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and API-driven integrations.
• Thought leadership in banking transformation and product consulting.
