What you will do

• Design and develop an AI Feedback Agent to gather, synthesize, and prioritize product feedback from diverse data sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map unstructured data sources and define metrics for "meaningful feedback".
• Design and execute test cases to evaluate the accuracy and reliability of the AI feedback pipeline.
• Document the final AI synthesis framework and present findings to hirify.global.

Requirements

• Must be actively enrolled in a college degree program.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Rising Senior or Junior pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and / or Google Sheets, Docs and Slides.

Nice to have

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in using APIs and data integration tools.
• Ability to approach open-ended "driving questions" with curiosity.
• Demonstrated experience using research, analysis, or data interpretation to identify patterns and generate actionable insights.
