Location: Must be in the office in Chandler, AZ 5 days a week

Salary: $134,000 - $198,360 per annum

What you will do

• Participate in project planning and execution phases per hirify.global’s Product and IP Lifecycle Processes.
• Participate in cross-functional project planning sessions for the Analog team.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and risk management plans.
• Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings as a representative of the Analog Design team.
• Demonstrate strong cross-functional participation with the ability to coordinate and motivate teams across multiple development sites.
• Communicate effectively to the project team up through executives with top-quality presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Program management, computer science, or other related disciplines.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or other project management software.
• 2-4 years of previous Program management experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and JIRA.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience leading a project or group.
• Ability to gather customer requirements, ideally through direct customer-facing experience.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor NPI process flow.
