Senior Staff Engineering Program Manager (Semiconductor): Participating in project planning and execution phases per ’s Product and IP Lifecycle Processes with an accent on cross-functional project planning sessions for the Analog team. Focus on establishing and maintaining project schedules, resource plans, and risk management plans, while effectively communicating with teams and executives.
Location: Must be in the office in Chandler, AZ 5 days a week
Salary: $134,000 - $198,360 per annum

What you will do
- Participate in project planning and execution phases per ’s Product and IP Lifecycle Processes.
- Participate in cross-functional project planning sessions for the Analog team.
- Establish and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and risk management plans.
- Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings as a representative of the Analog Design team.
- Demonstrate strong cross-functional participation with the ability to coordinate and motivate teams across multiple development sites.
- Communicate effectively to the project team up through executives with top-quality presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Program management, computer science, or other related disciplines.
- Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or other project management software.
- 2-4 years of previous Program management experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and JIRA.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience leading a project or group.
- Ability to gather customer requirements, ideally through direct customer-facing experience.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor NPI process flow.
