Compensation: $173,000 – $242,500 (Potential to increase up to $277,000 based on performance)

What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for the Vrbo Sponsored Listings business line.
• Design auction strategies including CPA bidding, conversion tracking, and transparency safeguards.
• Lead the delivery of AI-driven advertiser tools, performance insights, and campaign management workflows.
• Drive platform and API integrations across internal services and external connectivity providers.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and go-to-market teams to ensure commercial viability and profitability.
• Use data analysis and experimentation to optimize product performance and marketplace health.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in adtech or data-driven SaaS platforms.
• Demonstrated success in end-to-end ownership of product roadmaps and platform-heavy delivery.
• Strong background in defining and acting on KPIs through data analysis and experimentation.
• Experience integrating AI/ML concepts into real-world products and workflows.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Experience building or scaling marketplace and auction-based advertising products.
• Background in managing partner change management and cross-functional go-to-market efforts.
• Track record of architectural decision-making for scalable, low-debt systems.
