What you will do
- Collaborate with Product Managers to document and define comprehensive business requirements.
- Produce detailed process flow diagrams and specification documentation for diverse stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance, and operations.
- Support the preparation and launch of new product features within the Colombian market.
- Participate in the evolution of the product development lifecycle from hypothesis to scaling.
- Onboard team members and maintain internal procedural manuals and documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech, banking, or digital products.
- Proficiency in documenting end-to-end digital user journeys and onboarding flows.
- Strong technical communication skills to translate business needs into structured diagrams.
- English: B2+ required.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration effectively.
Nice to have
- Background in mobile-first or fully digital product environments.
- Familiarity with KYC/AML regulations and financial compliance.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization and funnel analytics.
- Basic knowledge of Figma for visual mapping.
