What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Managers to document and define comprehensive business requirements.
• Produce detailed process flow diagrams and specification documentation for diverse stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance, and operations.
• Support the preparation and launch of new product features within the Colombian market.
• Participate in the evolution of the product development lifecycle from hypothesis to scaling.
• Onboard team members and maintain internal procedural manuals and documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech, banking, or digital products.
• Proficiency in documenting end-to-end digital user journeys and onboarding flows.
• Strong technical communication skills to translate business needs into structured diagrams.
• English: B2+ required.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration effectively.

Nice to have

• Background in mobile-first or fully digital product environments.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML regulations and financial compliance.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization and funnel analytics.
• Basic knowledge of Figma for visual mapping.
