What you will do

• Lead end-to-end RPA project delivery within scope and established timelines.
• Conduct detailed process analysis and identify opportunities for optimization or automation.
• Develop comprehensive Process Definition Documents (PDD) and To-Be process maps.
• Coordinate between business stakeholders, RPA Engineers, and management.
• Perform time studies and Industrial Engineering (IE) reviews to identify inefficiencies.
• Manage project plans, track milestones, and provide regular status updates via JIRA.

Requirements

• Experience with process analysis, mapping, and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Adonis, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Understanding of time studies and basic efficiency measurement techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills for documenting requirements and presenting results.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Belgrade, Serbia.
