What you will do

  • Build and scale the privacy-first data backbone to support healthcare customers.
  • Develop tools that allow healthcare teams to analyze audiences and optimize marketing performance securely.
  • Collaborate across product, sales, and growth teams to ship features that deliver immediate customer value.
  • Engage in pair programming within an iterative, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Take ownership of technical problems and drive solutions for complex system architectures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a software engineering role
  • Strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools rapidly
  • Ownership mindset and ability to solve problems independently
  • Proven ability to reason about and architect complex systems
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to understand user perspectives
  • Must be located in the U.S.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the Golang, TypeScript, AWS, and Postgres tech stack
  • Experience within the analytics, customer data, or big data domains
