What you will do
- Build and scale the privacy-first data backbone to support healthcare customers.
- Develop tools that allow healthcare teams to analyze audiences and optimize marketing performance securely.
- Collaborate across product, sales, and growth teams to ship features that deliver immediate customer value.
- Engage in pair programming within an iterative, fast-paced startup environment.
- Take ownership of technical problems and drive solutions for complex system architectures.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a software engineering role
- Strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools rapidly
- Ownership mindset and ability to solve problems independently
- Proven ability to reason about and architect complex systems
- High emotional intelligence and ability to understand user perspectives
- Must be located in the U.S.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the Golang, TypeScript, AWS, and Postgres tech stack
- Experience within the analytics, customer data, or big data domains
