What you will do

• Design and build core components of the new financial platform.
• Optimize application performance for high-load environments.
• Implement advanced security and data protection protocols.
• Take end-to-end ownership of product and system architecture.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers to solve architectural challenges.
• Automate development and deployment lifecycles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend development for large-scale systems.
• Proficiency in at least three programming languages, including one of: Golang, C++, Scala, Java, C#, Node, Python, or Rust.
• Proven track record in solving scalability and performance challenges.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong background working with NoSQL databases and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and self-learning skills.
