What you will do

• Act as the senior People lead for the leadership team, serving as the main HR point of contact for managers and employees.
• Own ongoing people operations, including contracts, onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, HR tooling, and compliance.
• Drive recruitment where needed, partnering with hiring managers to fill critical roles.
• Support and coach managers on performance, team dynamics, and people challenges.
• Maintain a strong culture by running or delegating key rituals like team events and onboarding.
• Manage the people roadmap, delivering planned initiatives within the defined scope.

Requirements

• Have 10+ years of People/HR experience, including time as a senior HR lead or HRBP in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment.
• Be comfortable operating as a generalist across the full people spectrum.
• Be able to onboard quickly and take ownership early.
• Be confident advising leadership and operating without a large HR team.
• Be organised, calm under ambiguity, and able to prioritise ruthlessly in a part-time capacity.
• Be motivated by impact over visibility.
