Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and partner teams, leveraging your existing network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.
- Identify partner needs, offer tailored solutions, and effectively close partnership deals.
- Work with TDS, tracking systems, and the technical side of affiliate management to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and drive growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in affiliate marketing, specifically within affiliate networks.
- Vertical expertise: Gambling.
- Partner base: An existing portfolio of at least 30 active partners.
- Technical knowledge: Hands-on experience with TDS, trackers, and a solid understanding of the technical aspects of affiliate management.
- Client management: Proven ability to manage partners, communicate effectively, identify partner needs, and close deals.
- Analytical mindset: Strong skills in working with numbers, data analysis, and performance metrics.
- Language: English B2 or higher (fluent communication is a must).
