Middle Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

✨Middle Affiliate Manager NETWORK ✨

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager with a proven background in the iGaming industry and an existing network of active affiliates who can start driving traffic immediately.

📝Key Responsibilities:
🔅Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates with a strong focus on Tier 1 & Tier 2 GEOs
🔅Leverage an existing affiliate network to generate immediate traffic and results
🔅Develop and maintain long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates
🔅Negotiate and manage commercial terms (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid deals)
🔅Monitor and optimize affiliate performance: FTDs, CPA, conversion rates, and LTV
🔅Work closely with internal teams (Business Development, Media Buying, Operations) to maximize campaign performance
🔅Ensure compliance with brand and regulatory requirements across GEOs
🔅Identify new traffic sources and scaling opportunities

⚙️Requirements – Mandatory:
🔅Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry
🔅Established network of active affiliates ready to launch immediately
🔅Strong understanding of affiliate traffic types and performance metrics
🔅Experience working with Tier 1 & Tier 2 markets
(UK, DE, CA, AU, Nordics, Western Europe, LATAM, etc.)
🔅Fluent English (spoken and written) — mandatory
🔅Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
🔅Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently

✨Nice to Have:
🔅Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (Affise, MyAffiliates, NetRefer, etc.)
🔅Attendance and networking experience at major iGaming conferences (Sigma, SBC, ICE)
🔅Existing relationships with operators and brands
