What you will do

• Lead a global team of 20+ developers, QA engineers, and managers for the Digital Card Solution (DCS) platform.
• Oversee product development from inception to launch, managing priorities and removing technical bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Product Management to define roadmaps, vision, and innovation strategies for digital payments.
• Ensure secure development life cycles, threat modeling, and robust system architecture.
• Mentor engineering managers and individual contributors to foster career growth and technical excellence.
• Act as a level 3 escalation point for critical customer issues and product components.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading large software teams and 5+ years in software development.
• Fluency in French and English required.
• Expertise in Agile (Scrum) methodologies and project management.
• Strong technical background with experience in Java, C++, AWS, XML, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
• Experience working within global, cross-functional engineering environments.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity (3 days/week) in Paris, France.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering or an MBA.
• Deep domain knowledge in banking, payments, tokenization, and digital wallets.
• Experience developing complex cloud-based architectures.
