What you will do

• Own feature delivery end-to-end, covering both core backend and frontend components.
• Collaborate with designers to define scope and break down technical requirements for new features.
• Ship high-quality code and maintain engineering excellence within a small, high-impact team.
• Engage with core business metrics, including user adoption, revenue figures, and system error rates.
• Develop products ranging from portfolio reporting and corporate cards to banking transfers and notification systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering and complex problem-solving.
• Proven track record of shipping products used by thousands of real users.
• Highly ambitious with a drive to work hard on audacious goals.
• Experience in web3 is considered a strong plus.
