What you will do

• Define the documentation vision, roadmap, and information architecture.
• Manage priorities, tasks, and deliverables for the technical writing team.
• Collaborate with Agile product development teams in the UK and US.
• Maintain a "docs as code" culture using tools like Git, Jira, and AsciiDoc/Markdown.
• Edit and improve content contributions from stakeholders across the organization.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and content quality within workflows.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of professional technical writing experience.
• Experience managing tasks and providing guidance for a writing team.
• Proficiency with Jira, Git, and docs-as-code workflows.
• Experience using AsciiDoc or Markdown.
• Ability to work within an Agile (SAFe) product development framework.
• Strong background in creating clear, customer-facing technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of security software and hardware products.
• Experience creating documentation for CLI, APIs, and SDKs.
• Prior experience with people management and budget administration.
