Salary: $10,000 per month

What you will do

• Build real product features and platform components across the full stack, including frontend, backend, infra, or on-chain logic.
• Own projects end-to-end, from problem definition and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver fast, reliable, and secure user experiences.
• Improve performance, reliability, and observability of systems.
• Write clear, tested code and maintain high-quality documentation.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the New York City office.
• Hands-on experience building software through courses, personal projects, research, or previous internships.
• Proficiency in one or more languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Rust, Java, or C++.
• Solid foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and systems thinking.
• Familiarity with Git and standard debugging processes.
• Ability to make informed trade-offs with business context and demonstrate a high-agency, team-first mindset.

Nice to have

• Prior experience or curiosity regarding DeFi, crypto, or fintech.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, specifically Solana.
• Background in full-stack web development, backend APIs, or infrastructure/DevOps (Docker, CI/CD, cloud).
