Salary: $116,000 – $182,000/year plus bonus/commissions.

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs for the machine identity security platform.
• Contribute to backend architecture and system design with a focus on high performance and reliability.
• Build robust integrations, SDKs, and tooling to support platform extensibility.
• Develop and operate distributed systems in multi-tenant cloud environments.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to deliver critical backend capabilities.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure production service availability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on backend engineering.
• Proven experience building modern, scalable, or distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency with Golang, Java, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
• Experience with AI-first development approaches.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a high-performance environment.
