About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Head of Travel & Lifestyle to oversee and elevate all aspects of travel and lifestyle management for a high-net-worth individual. This role requires strategic thinking, discretion, and the ability to deliver seamless, high-touch service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive travel and lifestyle strategy aligned with evolving business and personal priorities.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team including personal assistants, travel coordinators, and household staff.
• Travel Management: Oversee complex domestic and international travel logistics (commercial & private aviation, luxury accommodations, ground transport, bespoke experiences).
• Vendor Relations & Negotiation: Build and maintain relationships with premium vendors, securing favorable terms and exceptional service standards.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in luxury travel and lifestyle management for HNWI/UHNWI clients
• Experience in a Family Office environment is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Deep knowledge of global travel logistics and high-end service standards
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities
• High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and adaptability
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills under pressure
• Multilingual skills and cultural fluency are a plus
