TL;DR

Focus on building practical sales tools, playbooks, and leading training sessions to elevate the commercial expertise of teams across Europe.

Location: Must be based in Milan, Italy (Hybrid role with 2 days at home).

What you will do

  • Define and implement methodologies for high-impact pitching and strategic negotiation execution.
  • Design and deliver specialized training programs tailored to role-specific skill gaps and brand needs.
  • Develop practical tools, playbooks, and best-practice guides to enhance sales assertiveness.
  • Collaborate with Sourcing Excellence Managers to implement commercial methodologies.
  • Lead specialized training sessions for managers to foster sales excellence.
  • Support strategic AI implementation within the sales and sourcing department.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales with a strong focus on B2B and e-commerce.
  • Proven expertise in various negotiation methodologies and their practical application.
  • Strong background in project and change management within a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • English: C1 proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian.
  • Proven management skills.

Hiring process

  • Interview with Head of Commercial Organisation and direct manager, including a business case.
  • Interview with Sourcing Excellence Director and Business Leader.
  • Validation interview with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
