What you will do

• Provide L3 support and work in Application Managed Services.
• Work with microflows, domain modeling, security, and user roles in Mendix.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and propose preventive actions.
• Maintain documentation and support operational governance processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, security, business stakeholders).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mendix Developer working in production environments.
• Strong experience providing L3 support and working in Application Managed Services.
• Solid knowledge of microflows, domain modeling, security, and user roles in Mendix.
• Experience with integrations (REST and SOAP).
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including debugging and performance analysis.
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Mendix certifications (Rapid, Intermediate, Advanced).
• Experience in regulated or industrial environments.
• Exposure to identity and security topics (SSO, IAM, certificates).
• French language.
