What you will do

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules according to industry best practices.
• Develop custom solutions utilizing JavaScript, TypeScript, and UI components.
• Build and maintain complex integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
• Implement automated workflows based on predefined solution designs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to maintain high platform stability and performance.
• Document technical designs and configurations for consistent project maintenance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow developer or technical consultant.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform including CMDB, ACLs, and data models.
• Proven experience with integration tools such as REST, SOAP, and identity systems.
• Practical knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM frameworks.
• Must be located in Bucharest or Timisoara, Romania for hybrid work.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.

• CIS certifications in relevant ServiceNow modules.
