TL;DR
Sales Specialist (Software/Cloud): Acquiring new logos and driving value-based sales for a global provider with an accent on consultative engagement and business development. Focus on end-to-end sales processes, managing a customer portfolio, and leveraging internal networks to win new business.
Location: Must be based in Riga, Latvia. Hybrid work arrangement required. Must hold a valid working visa for Latvia.
Salary: Up to 3,200 EUR gross monthly.

What you will do
- Map, identify, and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Lead sales processes from end-to-end, including presentations and contract negotiations.
- Drive lead generation activities to build a new customer portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal subject-matter experts to deliver value-based advisory services.
- Document sales activities and processes in CRM to ensure continuity and effective follow-up.
Requirements
- Professional proficiency in Latvian and English (written and spoken).
- Valid working visa for Latvia.
- Proven background in B2B sales, preferably within IT, cloud, software, or professional services.
- Experience in new business development and lead generation.
- Understanding of consultative sales approaches and long-cycle sales environments.
- Ability to work autonomously with full accountability for performance.
