Location: Onsite in Vienna, Austria

Salary: EUR 32,410 gross/year

hirify.global is an international, dynamic company that connects consumers with sports providers through an integrated management software platform.

What you will do

  • Onboard new customers and guide them through platform setup.
  • Provide reliable day-to-day support to existing French-speaking clients.
  • Contribute to business intelligence projects and maintain database accuracy.
  • Manage and update online helpdesk documentation.
  • Participate in Customer Care initiatives and team projects.
  • Handle ad hoc operational tasks to support the team workflow.

Requirements

  • Native French proficiency required.
  • Fluent English proficiency required.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable with B2B client interaction.
  • Detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in digital tools like Google Workspace and MS Office.
  • Genuine interest in sports or wellness industries.
