What you will do
- Onboard new customers and guide them through platform setup.
- Provide reliable day-to-day support to existing French-speaking clients.
- Contribute to business intelligence projects and maintain database accuracy.
- Manage and update online helpdesk documentation.
- Participate in Customer Care initiatives and team projects.
- Handle ad hoc operational tasks to support the team workflow.
Requirements
- Native French proficiency required.
- Fluent English proficiency required.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable with B2B client interaction.
- Detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in digital tools like Google Workspace and MS Office.
- Genuine interest in sports or wellness industries.
