What you will do
- Develop internal employer branding projects to increase engagement and brand advocacy.
- Manage and evolve the referral program and employee review platform activities.
- Execute internal communication strategies ensuring consistent tone and identity.
- Lead programs to gather and implement employee-driven process improvements.
- Contribute to brand identity development and storytelling to ensure consistent positioning.
- Participate in creative campaigns and cross-functional projects to shape the company's EVP.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in employer branding, internal communications, marketing, or HR.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to generate and implement creative ideas for employee experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects across cross-functional teams.
- English: Fluent required
- Russian: Required
- Location: Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia
