What you will do

• Develop internal employer branding projects to increase engagement and brand advocacy.
• Manage and evolve the referral program and employee review platform activities.
• Execute internal communication strategies ensuring consistent tone and identity.
• Lead programs to gather and implement employee-driven process improvements.
• Contribute to brand identity development and storytelling to ensure consistent positioning.
• Participate in creative campaigns and cross-functional projects to shape the company's EVP.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in employer branding, internal communications, marketing, or HR.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to generate and implement creative ideas for employee experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects across cross-functional teams.
• English: Fluent required
• Russian: Required
