What you will do

• Execute manual order entry and provide support within order management systems.
• Serve as a primary contact for issues related to order management processes and configuration.
• Maintain customer data integrity within NCDM systems.
• Resolve escalated service and solution issues by applying independent expertise.
• Administrate order follow-ups and prepare reports to support sales and customer reviews.
• Perform day-to-day operational functions to assist sales managers in revenue generation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Belgrade.

• English language proficiency.
• Advanced MS Office skills with a focus on Excel.
