What you will do

• Design, train, and deploy production ML models for retrieval, reranking, and search relevance.
• Build and optimize embedding-based indexing and large-scale data retrieval systems.
• Define evaluation metrics and build pipelines for agent-native search quality.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML models into 24/7 production services.
• Analyze and optimize performance trade-offs regarding system latency, quality, and cost.
• Contribute to architectural decisions for high-throughput, AI-integrated systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or applied machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or C++.
• Proven experience deploying ML models in high-throughput production environments.
• Hands-on expertise in retrieval, ranking, or recommendation systems.
• Strong understanding of deep learning and information retrieval techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
