What you will do

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for new and existing platform features.
• Automate high-impact scenarios using a TypeScript-based Playwright framework.
• Conduct manual exploratory testing for complex, high-impact areas where automation ROI is low.
• Triage issues by analyzing logs in Datadog and Grafana to provide clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to drive quality from initial design to release.
• Set up and manage testing environments that mirror production usage patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software QA, preferably within SaaS or customer engagement platforms.
• Strong proficiency in automation frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress.
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, modern development workflows, and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent debugging skills across both backend and frontend systems.
• Ability to think like an end-user to effectively test evolving product requirements.
• Must be able to work from the Berlin office in a hybrid capacity.
