TL;DR

Location: Must be based in and have the right to work in Finland; role is hybrid with a strong preference for office presence.

A global games developer based in Helsinki, creator of iconic titles such as Clash of Clans, Brawl Stars, and Hay Day.

What you will do

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including game updates and seasonal events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely asset delivery.
  • Maintain content calendars and track campaign timelines, approvals, and go-live dates.
  • Contribute to campaign reporting by synthesizing data from various marketing channels.
  • Support social and community content to keep players informed and engaged.
  • Assist with influencer activities, including briefing materials and project coordination.

Requirements

  • Must already reside in and have the right to work in Finland.
  • 1–2 years of experience or relevant studies in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Clear written communication skills for briefs and summaries.
  • Interest in gaming and player communities.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with mobile games or live service products.
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing or social media channels.
  • Exposure to creative or video production workflows.
  • Active participation in gaming communities.
