What you will do
- Design and maintain end-to-end production tools and pipelines.
- Manage, mentor, and foster collaboration within a team of tools developers.
- Partner with artists and designers to identify and resolve production friction points.
- Integrate tools into Unreal Engine and DCC software like Maya, Blender, and Houdini.
- Improve asset pipelines, build systems, and data validation processes.
- Collaborate with production teams to prioritize development and meet project needs.
Requirements
- Solid professional experience in tools or pipeline programming.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python.
- Experience with Unreal Engine scripting and workflows.
- Deep knowledge of DCC tools such as Maya, Blender, and Houdini.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Perforce or Git.
- Proven leadership or team management experience.
Nice to have
- Mastery of Unreal Python API and Editor Utility Widgets.
- Experience with CI/CD systems and automated testing.
- Prior experience on AAA game productions.
