What you will do

• Define and execute an AI-first design strategy to connect user experience with core business metrics.
• Lead and grow a team of 4-5 product designers, fostering a culture of craft and customer obsession.
• Establish internal processes for rapid-fire testing, moving from hypothesis to live experiment at scale.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to translate behavioral insights into actionable solutions.
• Adopt AI-driven methodologies to automate design tasks and deliver real-time personalized experiences.
• Utilize quantitative behavioral data to validate design hypotheses and inform product direction.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product design.
• 5+ years of experience in leadership and management of design teams.
• Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes such as revenue and user acquisition.
• Expertise in architecting and running systematic multivariate or A/B tests.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design and automated design pipelines.
• Ability to interpret complex behavioral data and map user journeys effectively.
