Salary: $230,000 - $250,000 a year (Los Angeles, CA), $210,000-$230,000 (Dallas, TX), $175-$200,000 CAD (Vancouver, BC). For all other locations, this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment.

What you will do

• Lead the long-term plan for operations teams, ensuring goals accelerate company-wide growth and safety objectives.
• Establish the organizational structure and planning processes for a high-performance, distributed operations team.
• Lead cost-to-serve optimization, balancing user service with fiscal responsibility and lean process design.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate operational insights into technical requirements.
• Oversee the end-to-end BPO strategy, including vendor selection and management of global partnerships.
• Lead and mentor a multi-layered organization, building a deep leadership bench through coaching and career development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, Trust & Safety, or Scaled Customer Support, with at least 5 years leading people managers in a global environment.
• Proven track record of leading organizations through rapid scaling and high-growth cycles.
• Experience building and developing high-performing, distributed teams.
• Extensive experience managing large-scale BPO relationships and external vendor partners.
• Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities and high-pressure incidents.
• Strong analytical judgment with the ability to synthesize high-volume metrics and qualitative insights.
