What you will do

• Lead financial analytics across the portfolio (Tonkeeper and TON Wallet).
• Build and improve dbt data models and ETL processes for financial reporting.
• Automate financial reporting and reconciliations between different data sources.
• Coordinate with the external audit team on questions of financial analytics.
• Present findings directly to CFO and CEO.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analyst/Financial Analyst, predominantly in FinTech/Crypto.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Familiarity with data warehousing (e.g. ClickHouse/Airflow).
• Financial education OR experience in FinTech/Crypto companies.
• Basic knowledge of crypto.
• Fluent English B2-C1.

Nice to have

• Python+Pandas for financial modelling/analysis.
• dbt hands-on experience.
• Confident knowledge of blockchain technology, crypto wallets, dApps, and key metrics (LTV, TVL, Gross Margins, Revenue VS Cash Flow).
