Location: Any major hirify.global location in Finland (Tampere, Raisio, Vantaa, Jyväskylä)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute IT sourcing strategies aligned with IT transformation requirements
  • Identify and realize cost-saving opportunities across IT domains and services
  • Lead competitive bidding processes and vendor evaluations
  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and IT-related agreements
  • Manage vendor performance and relationships with key technology suppliers
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and stay updated on market trends

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Finland or able to work from major hirify.global locations
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in IT sourcing, procurement, or vendor management
  • Good understanding of IT services, market, and contracting
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
  • Analytical mindset with proactive and solution-oriented attitude
