What you will do

• Support social/digital/paid asset reviews, track feedback rounds and approvals, maintain trackers and documentation, and assist with creative file organization and campaign timelines.
• Assist with Content hub uploads and metadata.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and notes; help compile decks, reports, and internal updates; support ad‑hoc tasks tied to launches and campaigns.
• Assist with light influencer program administration in partnership with Marketing (event, influencer reviews, mailers, seeding).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related.
• Prior internship experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or marketing.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Exceptional organizational skills and great attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Business background with strong analytical and technical skills.
