TL;DR
Senior PPC Manager (Yandex Direct): Managing paid acquisition campaigns on Yandex Direct, including Search and RSYA, with an accent on CPA/ROAS strategies and maintaining target CPL. Salary: $4,000–$6,000 gross + revenue share tied to performance

What you will do
- Set up, manage, and optimize Yandex.Direct campaigns (Search & Display).
- Monitor performance daily and keep CPL within KPI targets.
- Run A/B tests on ads, audiences, bids, and landing pages.
- Improve landing page CR in collaboration with product/design.
- Manage large advertising budgets and optimize campaigns.
- Build media plans and performance reports and track KPIs.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of auto-retargeting in Search and RSYA (РСЯ).
- Strong knowledge of automated bidding strategies (CPA, ROAS).
- Ability to maintain stable CPA while scaling spend.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent knowledge of Yandex.Metrica.
Nice to have
- Experience in the dating industry.
- Experience managing budgets from $100K+ per month.
- E-commerce experience.
