TL;DR
Senior IT Engineer: Designing and building automation infrastructure for Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility teams with an accent on efficiency, accuracy, and cost reduction. Focus on AI-first engineering, leveraging tools like Claude Code, Claude API, and Glean to develop intelligent, agentic solutions.
Location: Hybrid 2-3 times/week in São Paulo, Brazil

What you will do
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyze and prioritize automation opportunities across Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility workflows.
- Design and build robust, scalable automation solutions using platforms such as n8n, Zapier, UiPath, and others.
- Apply an AI-first mindset to every workflow, leveraging tools like Claude Code, Claude API, and Glean.
- Design and maintain seamless data flows between Talent Acquisition and GloMo systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Contribute to internal tools and systems that support TA and GloMo operations.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in software development with a focus on automation and systems integration.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Experience with cloud data infrastructure, especially BigQuery, for queries, data extraction, and integration with automation workflows.
- Proven experience building with AI/LLM APIs — including prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and tools such as Claude, Gemini, or GPT.
- Solid experience with RESTful API integrations and automation involving web services.
- Advanced English proficiency.
