Senior Systems Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Support customer evaluations, benchmarks, system configurations, and installations.
• Collaborate with R&D Engineering to define product requirements, usability improvements, and product specifications.
• Develop sales strategies and take ownership of technical responsibilities within major customer accounts.
• Provide technical leadership on storage products, distributed storage architectures, file systems, and competing DAS, NAS, and SAN solutions.
• Create repeatable architecture blueprints for customer-facing sales solutions.
• Help develop a distributed group of systems and field engineers and advise on building and managing a support organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise storage sales to large IT organizations.
• Experience with unstructured data applications, next-generation analytics, and web frameworks.
• Ability to prepare and deliver technical product and architecture presentations to customers and trainees.
• Knowledge of virtualization, high-performance networking, and enterprise security.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive energy, optimism, vision, and the ability to work effectively in an unstructured environment.
