What you will do

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior executives in assigned accounts.
• Advance and close sales opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Create and communicate compelling value propositions to address specific customer pain points.
• Drive upsell initiatives within the existing customer base.
• Maintain internal systems with accurate pipeline and customer information.
• Influence the growth of new SaaS and consulting services business.

Requirements

• Must be based in Croatia
• At least 5 years of experience in SaaS or consulting sales, including the full cycle from lead nurturing to closing.
• Fluent in Croatian and English.
• Proven ability to analyze customer needs and apply consultative selling techniques.
• Valid B category driving license.
• Strong proficiency in accurate forecasting and sales reporting.

• Knowledge of HR or payroll processes.
• Experience leveraging social media for business development and prospecting.
