What you will do

• Write high-quality, well-tested, production-grade code that meets reliability, security, and performance standards.
• Lead architectural decisions, ensuring systems are scalable, observable, and aligned with business needs.
• Promote engineering standards and continuous improvement through code reviews, pairing, and mentoring.
• Collaborate with backend teams to shape data endpoints, versioning, and validation strategies.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and system health.

Requirements

• Expertise in React Native and building production-grade mobile systems.
• Excellent knowledge of TypeScript within mobile codebases.
• Strong experience with native tooling including Xcode and Android Studio.
• Familiarity with CI/CD best practices, GitHub Actions, and automation tools like Fastlane.
• Proven ability to write tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and E2E frameworks like Detox.
• Experience with API design and collaborative backend integration.

Nice to have

• Experience building native React Native modules using Swift or Kotlin.
