What you will do
- Partner with the Product Manager to refine requirements and transform business goals into user-centered solutions.
- Lead the design process from wireframes and user flows to high-fidelity UI for Web and Mobile (iOS/Android).
- Design holistic ecosystems, considering logic, states, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality implementation.
- Build clickable prototypes to validate complex logic and workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for digital products (Web & Mobile).
- Portfolio demonstrating real-world experience with both Web and Mobile (iOS/Android) applications.
- Expert-level knowledge of Figma (Auto Layouts, Variables, Advanced Components).
- Strong skills in creating User Flows, Scenarios, and Information Architecture for multi-step processes.
- Ability to clearly articulate and defend design decisions to Product Manager and Developers.
Nice to have
- Proven ability to design complex dashboards, administrative tools, or data-heavy interfaces (B2B/SaaS Experience).
- Interest in conducting user interviews, usability tests, and competitive research.
- Interest in using data to understand user behavior and improve product metrics.
- Willingness to join the product discovery phase to help define what we build.
