What you will do
- Build the core knowledge layer that enables AI agents to understand and reason about brand identity beyond document retrieval.
- Design scalable structures for storing, representing, and continuously updating brand knowledge.
- Develop agentic search and reasoning systems that handle information gaps and dynamic discovery.
- Evaluate and iterate on knowledge retrieval architectures to improve output reliability and quality.
- Translate advanced AI research patterns into production-ready infrastructure and systems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to bridge the gap between deep infrastructure and user-facing features.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in high-performance engineering, preferably in AI or knowledge-intensive systems.
- Proven track record of building production-grade agentic workflows and RAG systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI.
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
- Experience with LangChain or LangGraph for multi-agent system development.
- Deep understanding of memory architectures, reasoning under uncertainty, and dynamic retrieval patterns.
