What you will do

• Lead the research, monitoring, and interpretation of jurisdictional gaming requirements across nominated APAC markets.
• Develop and execute regional compliance plans for new product development projects.
• Assess product design and implementation at strategic points to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Represent the company to test labs and gaming regulators, including conducting demonstrations and training.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify compliance risks and implement process improvements.
• Manage regulatory investigations and special projects as required.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Australia
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or technology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the regulated-gaming industry.
• 2+ years of experience in a project or team-lead role involving cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to distill complex findings into actionable insights.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
