Tax Manager (Cyprus) | Holding
📍 Location: Cyprus
We’re looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join an international holding based in Cyprus.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement tax strategy at the Group level
• Monitor tax burden across entities and work on optimizing the effective tax rate
• Build and manage a tax risk framework (risk identification, assessment, and mitigation)
• Design and implement processes to reduce tax risks
• Liaise with external tax advisors across multiple jurisdictions
• Analyze tax legislation in countries of operation, monitor changes, and adapt the Group’s tax strategy accordingly
• Establish and maintain transfer pricing documentation
• Interact with tax authorities, defend the company’s position, and handle tax inquiries
• Participate in tax forecasting and long-term tax planning for the Group

Requirements:
• Degree in Law, Finance, or related field
• ACCA / DipIFR is a strong advantage
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Fluent Russian
• Strong knowledge of international taxation
• 5+ years of experience in tax management (preferably in IT / digital companies)
• Experience with tax audits and dispute resolution
• Ability to clearly structure positions and provide well-reasoned recommendations on complex tax matters
