What you will do

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Canada.
• Proven experience as a Technical Director or equivalent lead role in shipping and operating live service mobile games.
• Deep technical expertise in Unity and the full game development lifecycle.
• Strong track record of building and mentoring high-performing, autonomous engineering teams.
• Ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with free-to-play business models and data-driven iteration.
