What you will do

• Uphold standards for mobile performance, code quality, and technical documentation.
• Balance feature delivery, technical debt, and resource allocation for sustainable team growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Director or equivalent shipping mobile free-to-play or live service titles.
• Strong technical expertise in Unity and mobile game development.
• Experience building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to bridge communication gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the free-to-play business model and live operations cycles.
• Must be based in the United States.
