What you will do

• Design and execute comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies.
• Develop and maintain automated tests using Cypress and JavaScript.
• Partner with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure high testability.
• Analyze defects and provide actionable insights to improve overall software quality.
• Mentor QA engineers and drive the continuous improvement of team processes and tools.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, grooming, and design reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Proven expertise in test automation using Cypress and JavaScript.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
