TL;DR

UX Researcher: Owning the research function across the product portfolio, uncovering behavioral patterns, motivations, and friction points that shape how users interact with funnels, onboarding flows, and core product experiences with an accent on CRO hypotheses, product decisions, and design direction. Focus on proactively identifying research opportunities, driving studies end-to-end, and translating findings into clear, actionable direction for product, growth, and design teams.

What you will do

  • Design and run end-to-end research studies, from scoping and methodology selection to analysis and synthesis.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, using tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, and PostHog.
  • Investigate user behavior across acquisition funnels, onboarding flows, paywalls, and subscription experiences.
  • Partner with CRO, growth, and product teams to translate insights into testable hypotheses and validate feature decisions.
  • Synthesize findings into clear, decision-driving reports with concrete recommendations.
  • Translate behavioral patterns into personas, journey maps, and mental models.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UX research, product research, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Hands-on experience with user testing platforms.
  • Ability to analyze behavioral data from tools such as Mixpanel, Hotjar, PostHog, or Google Analytics.
  • Experience researching consumer-facing digital products, ideally subscription or funnel-driven.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment with high autonomy.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a CRO or growth-focused product environment.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Background in behavioral psychology, cognitive science, or human-computer interaction.
  • Experience running research across multiple product verticals simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of accessibility research and inclusive design principles.
  • Experience building or scaling a research function from an early stage.
