Salary: Up to €95,000, plus a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Drive design decisions within a cross-functional team.
• Lead the end-to-end design process from ideation to launch for mobile and web.
• Collaborate with engineers to iterate and refine product interactions.
• Identify opportunities to evolve the design system and develop new features.
• Write clear, context-aware UX copy.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Nicosia office
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer on digital user-facing products.
• Strong visual craft and attention to detail.
• Ability to design complex features while maintaining product consistency.
• Technical confidence to design within engineering constraints.
• Proactive in defining, prioritizing, and resolving UX issues using data.
